Project Coordinator

About the role

Univers is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to drive software projects that support its global decarbonization platform. You will work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all project activities, contributing actively in project meetings.
• Develop detailed project plans covering schedules, budgets, resources, and key deliverables.
• Lead the full lifecycle of software projects from planning through deployment and handover.
• Monitor progress, follow up on pending tasks, and proactively remove roadblocks.
• Prepare and submit required documentation, track site progress, and keep schedules and status reports up to date.
• Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Provide on‑site support during testing and commissioning, including software installation, troubleshooting, and delivery of technical documentation and drawings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• 2–3 years of professional experience, preferably in project coordination, drafting, tendering or proposal estimation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
• Experience with AI transformation projects in Hong Kong and work with commercial building or public‑sector clients is advantageous.
