Project Manager – Advisory Services

About the role

Arup is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead advisory services projects across the building lifecycle. You will work closely with clients, consultants and contractors to deliver sustainable, innovative solutions that align with Hong Kong regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Report to the project leader and manage the full project cycle.
• Maintain day‑to‑day communication with clients, consultants and contractors.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, manage value, change and cost.
• Apply digital and innovation tools, including BIM and Primavera P6, to improve project delivery.
• Drive sustainability goals throughout the project.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture, Civil, Structural, Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Project Management or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of project management experience.
• Familiarity with Hong Kong building regulations and ordinances.
• Professional membership is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
