Project Manager – AI & Transformation (Financial Sector)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead AI and digital transformation initiatives for a leading financial institution in Hong Kong. You will oversee projects from inception through post‑production support, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex transformation and technology projects from initiation to implementation and post‑production support.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, governance and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business users, technology teams and external vendors to define requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Drive delivery of AI, automation and digital initiatives that support strategic objectives.
• Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering, testing, user training and change‑management activities.
• Support evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies to improve processes and operational effectiveness.
• Ensure solutions meet business, regulatory, security and operational requirements.
• Provide regular project updates to senior management and key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in the financial industry.
• Proven track record delivering technology or digital transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills, with experience engaging senior business and technology teams.
• Experience managing cross‑functional teams and third‑party vendors.
