Senior Solution Architect – NetSuite ERP

About the role

The client, a global leader in enterprise‑grade hardware infrastructure for AI, is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to drive the technical strategy and global adoption of a NetSuite ERP platform. You will work closely with internal ERP managers, business systems analysts, and external implementation partners to deliver multi‑national digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and govern the enterprise‑wide NetSuite architecture, integration patterns, middleware strategy, and data governance across all subsidiaries.
• Lead configuration, advanced workflow automation, SuiteScript development, and module optimisation for Finance, Order‑to‑Cash, Procure‑to‑Pay, Supply Chain, and CRM.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders to align IT roadmaps with business growth and process standardisation.
• Facilitate solution design workshops, review technical documentation, manage technical risk, and ensure quality control throughout development and deployment.
• Establish architectural standards, compliance protocols, performance benchmarks, and system communication models for international business units.

Required profile

• 10+ years delivering enterprise applications, solution architecture, or ERP implementations.
• 5+ years hands‑on experience with the NetSuite ERP ecosystem, including SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration concepts such as REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and iPaaS platforms.
• Proven experience operating within complex, multi‑subsidiary global organisations.
• Excellent cross‑cultural communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
