Project Manager – Cloud Security & Digital Workplace

About the role

SoftwareOne Hong Kong is seeking a Project Manager to lead cloud security and Digital Workplace transformation projects for enterprise clients. You will own end‑to‑end delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, budget and quality are met while driving secure, modern workplace solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project delivery using the SoftwareOne pmONE framework, maintaining scope, schedule, budget and quality standards.
• Drive Digital Workplace & Security initiatives such as Microsoft 365, Endpoint Management, Identity & Access and Zero Trust.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Account Managers, BDEs, Architects, Consultants) to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage client engagement through regular status updates, governance meetings and clear communication.
• Monitor risks, dependencies and financials, escalating issues promptly to maintain delivery performance.
• Support presales activities and contribute to continuous improvement with delivery insights and best‑practice recommendations.

Required profile

• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills with proven client‑facing experience.
• Leadership, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities, including conflict resolution.
• Structured, delivery‑focused approach with expertise in project planning and change management.
• Solid business acumen for cost‑benefit analysis and performance tracking.
• Experience in consulting environments and familiarity with project tools.
