Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project delivery across customer engagement and digital transformation initiatives.
• Partner with business and technology teams to define requirements, priorities, and roadmaps.
• Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, vendors, and regional stakeholders.
• Support initiatives involving CRM, customer data, enterprise platforms, and AI‑enabled solutions.
• Ensure projects are delivered successfully while aligning with business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven Project Management experience delivering business and technology projects.
• Experience in digital transformation, CRM, customer engagement, data, or enterprise platform initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing projects involving multiple systems, integrations, and business teams.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
