Project Manager, Transformation (Hospitality)

About the role

We are seeking a strategic and highly organized Project Manager, Transformation to lead a comprehensive corporate optimisation and business transformation initiative within the hospitality sector. You will own the full project lifecycle, from scope definition to operational hand‑over, ensuring alignment with our long‑term strategic blueprint.

Key responsibilities

• Govern the end‑to‑end lifecycle of change initiatives, including scoping, resource planning, risk management, and project closure.
• Enforce rigorous project governance, maintain documentation and reporting frameworks, and protect timelines against bottlenecks, scope creep, and budget variances.
• Conduct deep‑dive diagnostics of legacy workflows, technology ecosystems and organisational structures to identify inefficiencies.
• Design future‑state workflows, target operating models and technology integrations to boost cross‑functional productivity.
• Establish data dashboards, metrics and KPI frameworks to evaluate benefits and post‑transformation ROI.
• Act as trusted advisor to functional heads and C‑suite, aligning optimisation milestones with group priorities.
• Develop change‑readiness, communication and training plans to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
• Synthesise project data into executive briefings, performance dashboards and strategic presentations for senior steering committees.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Formal project‑management credentials (e.g., PMP, Agile) preferred.
• Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Minimum 6 years of progressive experience as the primary project lead.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale business transformation projects.
• Experience in luxury retail, premium consumer goods or multi‑site hospitality is a strong advantage.
