Public Relations Manager

About the role

The Public Relations Manager will lead the development and execution of PR strategies that enhance MEXC’s brand reputation across global markets. You will manage media relationships, coordinate announcements, and handle crisis communications to position the exchange as a trusted leader in the digital asset ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive PR and communications strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Build and strengthen the company’s brand reputation across global markets.
• Create crisis communication plans and response frameworks.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, influencers, and industry media.
• Manage media inquiries, interview requests, and secure coverage in crypto, fintech, business, and mainstream publications.
• Draft, review, and distribute press releases and media statements.
• Track media coverage, sentiment, and share of voice.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, media relations, or external communications.
• Established media network within crypto, fintech, technology, or business media.
• Experience handling sensitive communications and reputation management issues.
• Good understanding of cryptocurrency markets.
