Purchasing Officer (Food & Beverage)

About the role

The Purchasing Officer will support Jardine Restaurant Group’s food and beverage operations by managing supplier relationships, ensuring optimal inventory levels, and contributing to product innovation across the brand portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Plan orders and replenish inventory to maintain optimal stock and uninterrupted supply.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers on pricing, commercial terms, product quality, and delivery.
• Conduct market research to identify new sourcing opportunities that drive category growth.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Marketing, Operations, and R&D teams to enable timely product launches and stable daily operations.
• Prepare and analyse monthly sourcing and procurement performance reports.
• Support ad‑hoc projects and assignments delegated by management.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher in Purchasing & Supply Management, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in purchasing, logistics, or supply chain, preferably within the Food & Beverage industry.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, analytical, and able to work independently while contributing as a team player.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
• Good command of written and spoken English; Chinese is an advantage.
