Quality Control Manager – Gifts & Premiums

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead product quality activities for gifts, premiums and related consumer products across our supplier network in Asia and other regions. You will ensure that all items meet the required standards before they reach our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee product inspections and coordinate with suppliers to guarantee compliance with quality standards.
• Review inspection results, drive corrective actions, and monitor supplier performance.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Procurement and Customer Service to define quality requirements.
• Investigate quality issues, conduct root‑cause analysis and implement improvement plans.
• Support supplier audits, compliance reviews and third‑party inspections.
• Analyse quality data, prepare performance reports and identify risk areas.
• Handle customer complaints and lead resolution efforts with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality Management, Manufacturing or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control.
• Experience with bags, gifts, premiums, accessories, cosmetics or packaging is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Knowledge of AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) standards.
