About the role
Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited (ICBC Asia) is the overseas arm of China’s largest commercial bank. With 52 retail outlets across Hong Kong, the bank offers commercial, retail and global market services. The Quant Specialist role supports the Virtual Teller Machine (VTM) channel, delivering accurate transactions and high‑quality customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Perform accurate and efficient transactions at Virtual Teller Machines (VTM).
- Provide quality customer service to VTM users.
- Ensure smooth operations while meeting all control and service requirements.
Required profile
- Degree or above.
- 1‑3 years of bank teller or counter service experience preferred.
- Pleasant and customer‑oriented attitude.
- Good business sense with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of account opening and AML requirements is preferable.
- Fluent in Putonghua, Cantonese and English.
