Receptionist – Parade at Happy Valley Clubhouse

About the role

The Parade Receptionist will be the first point of contact for Members and their guests at the Happy Valley Clubhouse. You will manage phone enquiries, reservations and table allocations while ensuring a smooth, welcoming dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer phone calls, handle reservations and confirm daily bookings in line with club standards.
• Allocate tables using the Table Management System and service floor plan, respecting member preferences.
• Welcome and escort members and guests to their tables, introduce them to servers and address initial queries.
• Assist dining‑room staff with facility inspections, cleanliness checks and table clearing as needed.
• Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction, respond to complaints and direct issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Support the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager in maintaining member records in the Table Management System and MCRM.
• Maintain a clean, tidy reception area and ensure menus are presentable and up‑to‑date.
• Promote club products and services, and perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of relevant hospitality or front‑desk experience.
• Excellent people skills with a professional, amiable demeanor.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a Table Management System.
• Experience using MCRM (Member Customer Relationship Management) software.
