Recruiter / Associate Consultant – Banking & Financial Services

About the role

Join Hays as a Recruiter / Associate Consultant specializing in Front Office Banking recruitment. You will work with leading investment banks, private banks, asset managers and other financial institutions to source and place top talent across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with banking and financial services professionals.
• Source high‑calibre candidates through market mapping, referrals, networking and social media.
• Conduct interviews, assess experience, motivations and career aspirations.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and provide market insights.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for Front Office Banking functions.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate and client experience while meeting performance goals.

Required profile

• For experienced hires: prior recruitment experience, preferably in Banking & Financial Services, with a track record of meeting targets.
• For fresh graduates: a bachelor’s degree, strong interest in banking or recruitment, and excellent communication skills.
• Strong relationship‑building, stakeholder management and sales orientation.
