Recruiter – Human Capital (Global Investment Firm)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Recruiter to join our Human Capital team in Hong Kong. The role will manage end‑to‑end recruitment across investment and non‑investment functions globally, partnering with hiring managers and delivering a high‑quality candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes across investment and non‑investment functions worldwide.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role specifications, team structures and hiring priorities.
• Develop sourcing strategies using direct search, referrals, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter and external agencies.
• Conduct market mapping, talent identification and initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interview schedules, ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain accurate recruitment pipelines.
• Provide market intelligence, compensation insights and manage relationships with recruitment agencies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related field.
• 3–8 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in financial services or professional services.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent hiring processes across different functions and locations.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.

Required skills

• Experience with ATS platforms.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint.
