About the role
Robert Half International is seeking an ambitious Recruiting Manager to join its permanent recruitment team focused on Accounting and Finance. The role involves attracting, selecting, and assigning candidates while providing market insight and excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Attract, select, and assign candidates through referrals, advertising, and networking.
- Arrange face‑to‑face interviews, validate profiles, and conduct reference checks.
- Develop recruitment strategies to meet client talent needs.
- Provide candidates with market trends, salary information, and career advice.
- Build and maintain relationships with Finance & Accounting candidates and clients.
- Achieve personal sales targets by generating candidate and client pipelines.
- Identify, win, and develop key accounts through prospecting and networking.
- Deliver consultative services based on market intelligence.
- Coordinate events, public relations, and networking activities.
