About the role
We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Consultant to manage the end‑to‑end hiring process for our clients. You will act as the first point of contact for candidates, support client relationships, and help meet business targets.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct full‑cycle recruitment: receive job orders, post advertisements, screen CVs, interview, select, negotiate offers and manage candidates.
- Handle on‑boarding and off‑boarding issues for candidates.
- Serve as the initial touch‑point between candidates and clients.
- Maintain and develop business relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve KPI and strategic business targets.
- Manage recruitment pipelines and provide appropriate business solutions.
- Perform ad‑hoc assignments as directed by the supervisor.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Experience in agency recruitment is preferred.
- Strong command of English and Chinese.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
