Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Specialist to lead our internal hiring initiatives. You will partner closely with multiple departments to understand their talent needs and ensure a smooth, efficient recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and fulfill internal recruitment needs across the organization.
• Collaborate with department heads to define hiring requirements and job specifications.
• Utilize a variety of recruiting channels and tools to source, screen, and interview candidates.
• Create compelling job descriptions, post advertisements, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to hiring managers and candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Track recruitment metrics and deliver regular reports to the HR Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of corporate recruitment experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated with the capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and a proven track record of engaging diverse talent.
