Refrigeration & AC Technician

About the role

City is seeking experienced Refrigeration & AC Technicians to service commercial refrigeration and air‑conditioning equipment across Hong Kong Island, Yau Tsim Mong, Kwai Tsing and Lantau. The role involves both scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs for retail and supermarket clients.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and repair shop refrigeration and air‑conditioning facilities, including commercial refrigerators, freezers, cold rooms and HVAC systems.
• Conduct regular inspections, preventive checks and emergency breakdown repairs.
• Monitor mechanical and AC systems and manage energy‑efficiency programmes for client sites.
• Execute non‑regular duties as assigned by the company.

Required profile

• Secondary 3 education (or equivalent) preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience with commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems in supermarkets or retail environments.
• Valid Hong Kong Green Card and, preferably, an Electrical Licence A/R.
• Fluent Cantonese communication skills.
• Proficiency with mobile devices for uploading photos and using apps.
• Strong customer‑service attitude.
