Regional Managing Director – APAC

About the role

TimeVallée is seeking a Regional Managing Director to lead its APAC operations, covering both domestic and travel retail across Mainland China, Hong Kong and the wider region. Reporting directly to the Deputy CEO, you will be the brand ambassador for retail partners, landlords, Maisons and the Richemont organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional strategy aligned with global objectives, adapting to market dynamics.
• Identify, evaluate and negotiate commercial development opportunities, including boutique openings, brand mix changes and closures.
• Drive sustainable sales growth and productivity while ensuring financial sustainability.
• Oversee P&L management for the APAC region, including budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis.
• Manage the roll‑out of projects covering commercial terms, store design, logistics, training and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, Richemont Group policies and internal procedures.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape and consumer behaviour to inform strategic decisions.
• Lead and develop a multi‑functional team based in Shanghai and Hong Kong, fostering a culture of client centricity, excellence and agility.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in luxury or multi‑brand retail, preferably within the APAC market.
• Strong track record of driving revenue growth and managing P&L responsibilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence retail partners, landlords and internal teams.
• Strategic thinker with a hands‑on approach to execution.
