About the role

Join a fast‑paced Emergency Department in Yass, delivering person‑centred nursing care 24/7. You will work alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team, providing lifesaving interventions and compassionate support to patients when it matters most.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver evidence‑based nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
• Collaborate with doctors, allied health professionals and support staff to ensure coordinated care.
• Supervise and mentor less‑experienced clinicians, fostering a culture of quality and safety.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to hospital policies.

Required profile

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
• Recent clinical experience in an emergency or acute care setting.
• Strong commitment to ongoing professional development and competence.
• Effective verbal and written communication within a diverse multidisciplinary team.
