About the role
Join a global listed firm as a Researcher / IT Recruitment Consultant, working with senior consultants to match top technology talent to critical positions.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct phone screenings and arrange face‑to‑face meetings to assess candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, CV screening, shortlisting, and salary negotiations.
- Provide market insights and build long‑term relationships with candidates.
- Prepare candidates for interviews, manage expectations, and handle pre‑closing and closing processes.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Technology Recruitment Consultant (preferred) or 1‑2 years in recruitment.
- Strong sales and customer service skills with a confident, pleasant personality.
- Well‑organized, target‑driven, and fluent in Cantonese and English.
