Reseller Program Manager

About the role

Meta is looking for a highly motivated Reseller Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of SMB business scaling initiatives. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to build scalable partnerships and drive growth for our reseller ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Own execution and operations of SMB business scaling programs.
• Define engagement models and build reports on key operational metrics.
• Improve operational efficiency and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Contribute to business scaling strategy by identifying growth opportunities.
• Manage information cadences, status updates, escalations, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Data Science and Analytics to measure ROI and program efficacy.
• Lead complex projects across program management, engineering, product, and marketing.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in sales, marketing, program management, or related fields with exposure to the China market.
• Proven ability to plan and execute business strategies with strong attention to detail.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin.
