Reservations Sales Agent

About the role

The Reservations Sales Agent supports the reservations team at Regent Hong Kong, delivering exceptional guest service and contributing to the hotel’s revenue goals. You will handle room enquiries, upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, and ensure every interaction meets Forbes and IHG True Hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the reservations team with daily tasks and respond promptly to guest room enquiries.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the hotel’s products and services to provide accurate information.
• Process guest requests efficiently and communicate regularly to confirm expectations are met.
• Drive revenue by achieving upsell and cross‑sell targets.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Hotel Management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates may also apply.
• Previous experience using OPERA PMS.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and proficient in the local language.
