Resident Works Supervisor (Building)

About the role

AECOM is seeking a Resident Works Supervisor (Building) to join the project team at HKUST, Clear Water Bay, Hong Kong. The position is a fixed‑term contract running until August 2028, with a 5.5‑day work week and hybrid flexibility as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day supervision of workmanship and progress on site.
• Assist the Contract Administrator, Project Architect, Civil‑Structural Engineer and Resident Engineer with routine inspections, material checks, and setting‑out verification.
• Oversee mixing, placing and curing of concrete, as well as the production of concrete test cubes.
• Monitor steel bar cutting and other concrete‑related testing activities performed by contractors.
• Record labour, material and plant deliveries for accurate site records.
• Escort delivery of concrete cubes and building materials to testing facilities.
