Restaurant Captain – Cafe Causette

About the role

Based at Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, the Captain for Cafe Causette will deliver high‑quality, friendly service in a world‑class luxury hotel. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will be a key member of the Food & Beverage team, contributing to the hotel’s reputation for exceptional dining experiences during a major USD 100 million renovation that introduces new chefs and upgraded venues.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a delighted dining experience to guests.
• Create special moments and provide seamless service.
• Recommend menu items with strong product knowledge.
• Meet and greet guests professionally.
• Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the restaurant.

Required profile

• Hotel F&B experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent spoken English; Mandarin or Cantonese a plus.
• Passionate about customer service and hospitality.
• More experienced candidates will be considered for the Captain role.
