About the role

The Restaurant Sommelier will deliver courteous, professional and efficient food & beverage service, recommend wines to guests and ensure an exceptional dining experience. The role also supports wine list maintenance, inventory control and builds positive rapport with guests.

Key responsibilities

Provide courteous, professional and efficient F&B service at all times.
Recommend wines to guests, ensuring an exceptional dining experience.
Support wine list maintenance and assist with inventory control.
Build and maintain positive rapport with guests.
Deliver consistent, high‑quality service to maximize guest satisfaction.

Required profile

Qualification in Food and Beverage Service training.
Diploma or certificate in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
Minimum 3 years of experience in wine service within a hotel or restaurant of good standards.
Good wine and bar knowledge (WSET Level 2 or equivalent is a plus).
Strong communication and language skills; customer‑oriented team player.
