Retail Designer – Global Store Expansion

About the role

CASETiFY is seeking a Retail Designer to support the global expansion of its CASETiFY Studio stores. The role involves creating architectural and interior design solutions that reflect the brand’s identity while delivering functional, engaging retail environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop complete interior design packages, including layout plans, elevations, sections, 3D visualisations and construction drawings for new and existing retail projects.
• Conceptualise innovative store designs and visual‑merchandising displays that enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain and update Retail Brand Guidelines to ensure consistent execution across all locations.
• Collaborate closely with project teams, contractors, consultants and other stakeholders to keep design intent, timelines and quality standards on track.
• Research emerging design trends, materials and technologies to keep the retail environment fresh and competitive.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Spatial Design or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in commercial or retail architecture, interior design or store planning.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication, presentation and teamwork skills.
• Fluent English; international work experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with Rhino3D or SketchUp for 3D modelling.
• Competence in Adobe Creative Suite for visual presentations.
• Understanding of construction documentation, materials and technical detailing.
