Retail Operations Officer

About the role

The Retail Operations Officer will be based on‑site in Hong Kong and will support multiple fashion and lifestyle brands managed by iJAM Limited. The role focuses on monitoring store performance, ensuring visual merchandising standards, and maintaining consistent brand experience across locations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily retail operations and store performance metrics.
• Support visual merchandising execution and uphold brand standards.
• Coordinate stock replenishment and track sales and inventory data.
• Assist with store scheduling, operational workflows, and process improvements.
• Prepare regular performance reports and identify operational issues.
• Collaborate with store teams on promotional campaigns and provide feedback to management.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with store teams and management.
• Solid analytical abilities and basic finance knowledge to interpret sales, inventory and cost data.
• Operations management experience to optimise workflows and ensure adherence to brand standards.
• High attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to prioritise in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin.
• Previous experience in fashion retail or retail operations is preferred.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Retail Management or a related field is an advantage.
