Retail Trainer – Employee Development & Customer Service

About the role

The Retail Trainer will deliver and coordinate training programs that boost product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards across our store network. You will support new‑hire onboarding, upskill existing staff, and act as a brand ambassador to ensure consistent service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate classroom and in‑store training sessions covering onboarding, product knowledge, sales, and compliance.
• Adapt and update training materials, e‑learning modules, quick reference guides, and digital resources.
• Gather feedback from store managers to continuously improve content and methodology.
• Schedule sessions, manage logistics, and maintain accurate training records and reporting.
• Visit stores regularly to observe training application, provide coaching, and identify ongoing needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Training, Business, Retail Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience delivering training in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Proven ability to engage diverse groups and understand retail operations, sales, and customer service fundamentals.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
