Retail Training Manager

About the role

The Retail Training Manager will lead the development and delivery of training programmes that elevate frontline performance across Audemars Piguet boutiques and AP Houses in Hong Kong and Macau. You will ensure global and regional training content is effectively deployed, support boutique teams in meeting SMART goals, and drive a culture of continuous retail excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the global retail education strategy, aligning learning programmes with brand vision and retail excellence objectives.
• Design and deliver in‑person, digital, and blended training focused on client experience, product knowledge, storytelling, and service standards.
• Manage the local Learning Management System (LMS), maintaining data accuracy and platform functionality.
• Collaborate with Retail, Brand, Product, and HR teams to ensure training aligns with business priorities.
• Conduct individual and team coaching sessions, co‑define SMART goals with Store Managers, and monitor progress.
• Provide on‑floor coaching to improve sales techniques, client experience, and operational standards.
• Identify development needs and propose tailored coaching interventions.
• Act as liaison between frontline staff and the Retail Excellence team, sharing insights to shape strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail, with a strong background in sales, training, or coaching.
• Proven ability to deliver impactful training and coaching in a luxury environment.
• Deep understanding of boutique operations and client experience standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Learning Management System (LMS) platforms.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
