Revenue Analyst – Short Stay

About the role

The Revenue Analyst – Short Stay supports revenue optimisation for Rosewood Hong Kong and the short‑stay business at K11 ARTUS. Working closely with the Complex Director of Revenue Management and the Revenue Manager, you will turn booking, market and channel data into actionable recommendations that maximise rooms revenue, profitability and market share while protecting the brand and guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and long‑range analysis of occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, revenue, booking pace and variance to forecast, budget and prior year.
• Support pricing, inventory and availability decisions by reviewing demand patterns, booking windows, room‑type mix and length‑of‑stay restrictions.
• Maintain rolling forecasts, highlighting material risks, opportunities and changes in demand assumptions.
• Analyse transient, negotiated, wholesale, group and channel performance to guide business‑mix and segmentation strategies.
• Monitor competitor pricing, market events and consumer trends, summarising actionable implications.
• Produce performance reports, dashboards and presentation materials for daily revenue discussions and commercial reviews.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Front Office, Finance and Operations to validate data and ensure pricing and inventory actions are implemented.
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring analysis and improve reporting speed, accuracy and usability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in hospitality, business, finance, analytics or a related discipline (preferred).
• Relevant experience in hotel revenue management, reservations, distribution or commercial analytics.
• Strong numerical, analytical and problem‑solving capability with high attention to data accuracy.
• Working knowledge of hotel revenue‑management, property‑management, distribution and business‑intelligence systems.
• Effective communication, organisational and stakeholder‑management skills with the ability to meet multiple deadlines.
• Knowledge of the Hong Kong luxury hospitality market (preferred).
