Room Service Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Room Service Supervisor to join the in‑room dining team at Mandarin Oriental The Landmark, Hong Kong. In this role you will uphold the hotel’s high service standards, ensuring guests receive timely and flawless food and beverage delivery to their rooms.

Key responsibilities

• Set up trays and trolleys according to hotel standards.
• Deliver food, beverage items and amenities to guest rooms promptly.
• Check product quality, gather guest feedback and address any issues.
• Communicate guest complaints or comments to the In‑Room Dining Manager.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Perform additional duties as directed by department leadership.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in food & beverage or hotel operations.
• Experience in room service or large‑scale hotels is an advantage.
• Strong time‑management, service‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a plus.
