Sales Administrator – St. Louis

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sales Administrator to support our sales team in St. Louis. The role combines sales reporting, pricing analysis, and comprehensive administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare regular sales and analytics reports and pricing analyses.
• Maintain the price book and support the Sales Manager with daily business issues.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets.
• Distribute information and files to business partners and manage travel bookings and office administration.
• Handle legal contract renewals, schedule meetings, and coordinate special events and meals.
• Assist with ad‑hoc projects and tasks as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a strong business sense.
• Minimum three years of experience in sales support, preferably in a luxury or wholesale environment.
• Detail‑oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin or French is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Strong skills in PowerPoint.
• Overall high level of competence in Microsoft Office applications.
