Sales Associate - Coach Hong Kong

About the role

Coach, a global fashion house founded in New York in 1941 and part of the Tapestry portfolio, is hiring a Sales Associate at its Coach store in Hong Kong. The Sales Associate is the front-line ambassador of the brand, delivering a personalized shopping experience, meeting sales goals and supporting daily store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador following the Coach Guide to Style and Service
• Build client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and fashion advice
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations
• Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases
• Develop and execute personal sales plans and meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
• Source new customers, maintain relationships and follow up to close sales
• Manage multiple customers on the floor and complete daily operational tasks such as cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising
• Keep the sales floor and stockroom clean and stocked, process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups) and support inventory cycles
• Assist teammates, take part in brand initiatives and training, and welcome feedback

Required profile

• At least 1 year of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays

Required skills

• POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, mobile POS), walkie-talkie use, reading price and release sheets
• Strong English proficiency
• Preferred: luxury retail background, social media savvy, live-stream shopping or video demo experience, clienteling and data acquisition skills
