Sales Associate – IT Software Sales

About the role

HokuApps is seeking a Sales Associate to drive revenue and manage sales activities for its rapid application development platform in Hong Kong. The role involves handling inbound and outbound sales processes, qualifying leads, building pipelines, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage revenue targets, sales KPIs and forecast monthly and quarterly revenues.
• Lead and coordinate city‑wide sales leads, leveraging both inbound and outbound teams.
• Own the full sales cycle – lead qualification, prospecting, pipeline development and opportunity identification.
• Partner with corporate enterprise sales team on larger opportunities and co‑create proposals and presentations.
• Work closely with product, legal and marketing to customize offerings and contractual agreements.
• Develop strategic presentations, case studies and best‑practice business development processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
• Interest and experience in B2B IT/software sales, with ability to build CXO‑level relationships.
• 1+ year of experience in IT/software sales (freshers may also apply).
• Proven ability to meet sales quotas and manage enterprise product/platform sales.
• Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills; willingness to travel within the region.
