Sales Development Representative – Private Equity SaaS

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join the Fund Administration and Private Equity sales team of a fast‑growing global SaaS platform in Hong Kong. You will be responsible for creating new business opportunities, qualifying leads and supporting the sales pipeline across the APAC region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential customers that match the Ideal Customer Profile.
• Generate outbound leads through email, phone and LinkedIn outreach.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
• Build and maintain targeted prospect lists to fuel pipeline development.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure a healthy sales pipeline.
• Record all activities, contacts and opportunities accurately in the CRM system.
• Support marketing and sales initiatives to boost brand awareness and top‑of‑funnel activity.
• Quickly assess and route incoming leads to the appropriate sales channel.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of experience in SaaS sales development or lead generation.
• Confident communicator able to engage senior stakeholders.
• Resilient, proactive, highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Interest in the APAC startup and venture ecosystem.
