Sales Director – Hong Kong & Macau

About the role

The Sales Director will lead Humanscale’s Hong Kong sales team and drive growth across Hong Kong and Macau. The role focuses on selling ergonomic workplace solutions to partners, key accounts and end‑users, while building the brand’s presence in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑spectrum sales and business development activities to meet and exceed revenue, profitability and product‑mix targets.
• Maintain a minimum of ten sales appointments per week and achieve YOY revenue growth from partners and key accounts.
• Develop and execute weekly, monthly and quarterly sales plans in collaboration with management.
• Conduct product demonstrations, trainings and presentations for partners, key accounts and end‑users.
• Prepare and submit sales activity reports, forecasts, order paperwork and maintain the customer contact database.
• Act as liaison between customer service and clients on shipment and quality issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams (A&D, Corporate, BDM) to maximize resources and win sales opportunities.

Required profile

• 8+ years of business sales experience within the partner/dealer sector.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience preferred.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Proven track record of planning and executing sales strategies.
• Proficiency with MS Office and related applications.
• Willingness to travel regionally, including overnight trips.
