Sales Executive – Cargo & Aviation

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive growth and build client relationships within our world‑class travel and cargo solutions. Based in Hong Kong, you will work in a fast‑paced aviation environment, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver profitable transport services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sales activities and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Perform flight and cargo load planning to optimise revenue.
• Support joint‑venture airline capacity and assist customers in selecting suitable transport solutions.
• Process bookings, standard and special products, and conduct loadability and profitability checks.
• Prepare ad‑hoc quotations and handle charter requests with the Network‑on‑Demand team.
• Maintain account data in the CRM system and communicate updates.
• Support new‑business acquisition through inbound call follow‑ups and assist in achieving annual revenue targets.
• Accompany outside sales representatives on customer visits and share market intelligence with the sales manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• 2–3 years of experience in cargo sales or customer service.
• Legal work permit for Hong Kong.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese; Putonghua preferred.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Advanced IT skills and experience with CRM tools.
