Sales Manager – Hospitality (HK/Macau)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive our hospitality sales and marketing initiatives across Hong Kong and Macau. You will be the face of HRS, building relationships with local and international customers while shaping our market strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing projects to attract potential customers.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis of local competition to gain a competitive edge.
• Create market research and sales strategies for HRS.
• Generate new leads via phone, exhibitions, events and presentations.
• Achieve sales targets aligned with company goals.
• Maintain regular contact with customers and partners, liaising in the local language and English.
• Organise sales and marketing events for clients.
• Represent HRS corporate interests and brand in all customer interactions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including roles such as Front Office Manager, Supervisor, Night Manager, Sales Manager or S&M Director.
• Proven ability to travel nationally and internationally and deliver business results.
• Pro‑active, positive “can‑do” attitude with a strong work ethic and sense of responsibility.
• Excellent communication and entrepreneurial skills, with a drive to improve sales.
