Sales Representative – Pharmacy Channel

About the role

The incumbent works closely with the Sales Manager to manage the pharmacy channel, supporting day‑to‑day operations and driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support the superior in managing day‑to‑day operating expenditures.
• Implement action plans such as regular calls, visits and order taking to achieve sales targets for assigned territories.
• Track personal and team progress against key performance indicators and sales plans.
• Execute sales activities including product introductions, order taking, in‑store merchandising and display set‑ups.
• Prepare quotations, tender prices and commercial terms in line with company policies.
• Report competitor activities and maintain competition reports.
• Record sales data and keep customer information up‑to‑date in CRM systems.
• Follow up on customer payments, complaints and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Communicate promotions and new product launches to customers.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely product delivery and support key customer relationships.

Required profile

• School Certificate, Higher Diploma or Associate Degree (or equivalent qualification).
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry; recent graduates may also be considered.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese.
• Basic knowledge of the industry, market, competitors and customers.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
