Sales/Recruitment Consultant

About the role

KOS International is seeking dynamic Sales/Recruitment Consultants for its Hong Kong office. You will act as a true business partner to both candidates and clients, helping match talent with opportunities across various industries.

Key responsibilities

• Understand clients' hiring needs and deliver qualified candidates throughout the full recruitment cycle.
• Build and maintain a portfolio of active and passive talent, leveraging job boards, social networks and professional platforms.
• Develop and nurture relationships with candidates to understand their career motivations.
• Create and publish compelling job descriptions and manage candidate pipelines.
• Collaborate with KOS teams to expand client base and achieve hiring targets.

Required profile

• Degree holder in any discipline.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, business development or sales.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese.
• Strong judgment, communication aptitude and commercial acumen.
• High ethical standards and an entrepreneurial, collaborative spirit.
