SAP Technical Architect – ERP Public Cloud (Retail)

About the role

Infosys is seeking an SAP Technical Architect to lead the design and planning of SAP ERP Public Cloud solutions for retail clients in Hong Kong. The role focuses on aligning system architecture with long‑term business strategies and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Define the enterprise architecture roadmap for SAP ERP Public Cloud, establishing principles, standards and norms aligned with omnichannel retail expansion.
• Design end‑to‑end architecture covering core business, data, integration and security, adhering to SAP clean‑core guidelines and Hong Kong regulatory requirements.
• Develop integration architectures linking SAP ERP Public Cloud with e‑commerce platforms, WMS, CRM and financial reporting systems.
• Govern data security, authority management and risk‑control frameworks in line with Hong Kong privacy laws and SAP cloud standards.
• Provide technical guidance to system architects, functional and technical consultants, and collaborate with client IT teams to ensure delivery matches the target architecture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field; professional architecture certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Enterprise Architect, TOGAF) preferred.
• 8+ years of system or enterprise architecture design experience, including 3+ years with SAP ERP Public Cloud and retail industry exposure.
• Deep understanding of retail processes such as merchandise management, inventory, sales and omnichannel operations.
• Excellent documentation, communication and presentation skills; fluent English, Cantonese or Mandarin a plus.
