Security Management Officer – Deputy Manager Role

About the role

The position provides administrative support to the Security Management Department, overseeing daily operational issues across the bank’s premises, including branches, off‑site ATMs and offices. The role ensures smooth functioning of security‑related processes and contributes to reporting and analysis for senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administration support for daily operations of all bank premises (branches, ATMs, offices).
• Manage the Access Control System, including issuing access cards and preparing access reports.
• Prepare payment applications and oversee the billing cycle.
• Maintain registers for facility maintenance services.
• Prepare management reports and conduct data analysis.
• Handle ad‑hoc tasks assigned by management.
• Support operational activities such as training and safety inspections.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Sound knowledge of physical security, security systems and access control systems.
• Ability to work independently with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to produce precise reports for management.
• Minimum three years of administrative experience in a sizable organization.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese, especially Mandarin.
