About the role
You will provide an excellent and consistent level of service to hotel guests while assisting in the efficient operation of the security function at the Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Sha Tin.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver consistent, high‑quality service to customers.
- Support the day‑to‑day running of the hotel's security operations.
Required profile
- Professional diploma or certification in Safety and Security (preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Security Officer.
- Valid Hong Kong Security Personnel Permit.
- First Aid Certificate (preferred).
- Strong practical and operational knowledge with adequate administrative skills.
- Dynamic, passionate and customer‑focused attitude.
