Senior Airport Lead

About the role

The Senior Airport Lead coordinates day‑to‑day operational activities at the airport, supporting the Airport Manager and guiding frontline colleagues, ground handlers and partners to ensure smooth, safe and efficient operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution of safety, security and quality policies, monitor compliance and escalate risks.
• Coordinate turnaround activities, conduct flight briefings and perform quality control checks.
• Assist frontline staff in delivering excellent customer service and use new technologies for high‑value customers.
• Manage crisis situations, coordinate response to flight disruptions and ensure customers are informed.
• Engage with external stakeholders such as authorities, suppliers and airline partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of solid customer service experience in airlines or airport services.
• Strong command of written and spoken English; local language advantageous.
• Ability to work independently, make decisions and adapt to constant change.
• Thorough understanding of company policies, international regulatory procedures and local regulations.

Required skills

• Multi‑skill technical knowledge to perform airport job functions and pass required training.
• Capability to handle normal operations, disruptions, emergencies and contingency situations.
