Senior Brand Communications Manager – North Asia

About the role

The Senior Brand Communications Manager, North Asia will be based in Hong Kong and work closely with global, regional and local teams to shape and deliver a unified communications strategy for Chanel across Fashion, Fragrance, Beauty, Watches and Fine Jewellery. The role strengthens brand advocacy, supports business objectives and promotes cross‑market collaboration throughout the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a coherent, innovative public‑relations strategy for North Asia.
• Act as strategic advisor to division and market teams, delivering compelling storytelling and tailored communications.
• Identify and drive cross‑market opportunities, fostering collaboration and synergy across Mainland China, Korea and other markets.
• Participate in the global Influence committee to create and measure influencer, content‑creator and celebrity programmes.
• Lead influence initiatives across 360 touchpoints to enhance Chanel’s luxury brand image.
• Partner with global, regional and local PR teams to build an integrated community of communication experts.
• Represent the North Asia region in global editorial forums, ensuring two‑way communication and influence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or a related field.
• Significant senior‑level experience in brand communications or public relations, preferably within the luxury sector.
• Deep knowledge of the Mainland China and Korean markets and the ability to provide strategic counsel across multiple markets.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful PR and influencer strategies.
