Senior Community Executive – Serviced Apartments

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Community Executive to lead community initiatives for our serviced apartments portfolio. You will shape resident experiences, build brand collaborations and create engaging social media content that reflects our luxury hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage end‑to‑end community programs, from ideation through logistics, on‑site execution and post‑launch analysis.
• Develop long‑term relationships with residents by delivering consistent, personalized engagement throughout their stay.
• Identify, approach and negotiate partnerships with brands and retailers, overseeing rollout and promotional activities to boost resident participation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align community projects with overall business objectives.
• Produce compelling text, image and video assets for social media platforms.
• Gather and analyse resident feedback to continuously improve services and community offerings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in community management, preferably within luxury residential, serviced‑apartment, hotel or wellness environments.
• Proven proficiency in English and Putonghua, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a passion for engaging with diverse audiences and a results‑driven attitude.
