Senior Corporate Communications Manager – North Asia

About the role

The Senior Corporate Communications Manager, North Asia will act as the primary partner for reputation and leadership communications across the region. Based in Hong Kong, you will develop and execute external communications strategies, manage sensitive issues, and enhance leadership visibility to reinforce Chanel’s brand and social commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement proactive reputation strategies and external communication campaigns for North Asia.
• Lead crisis and issues management in collaboration with the Global Sensitive Communications team.
• Craft speeches, presentations, and messages for regional leadership, ensuring consistency with Chanel’s vision.
• Develop internal communication content and manage platforms to engage employees across the region.
• Adapt global content for regional relevance and coordinate with market teams for alignment.
• Represent North Asia in global editorial forums, fostering two‑way communication.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate communications, public relations or reputation management at a senior level.
• Strong judgment and agility in handling sensitive and emerging issues.
• Excellent storytelling ability and experience in leadership visibility programs.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin or other North Asian languages is a plus.
