Senior Corporate Communications Officer

About the role

The Corporate Communications Department of Chevalier Group is seeking a senior professional to lead and support the planning, execution, and monitoring of the Group’s communications, media publicity, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing and implementing communications, media publicity and stakeholder engagement plans.
• Develop press releases, newsletter articles, speeches and content for social media platforms.
• Organise media and community events and support the management of social media channels.
• Coordinate sponsorship and donation requests with internal and external parties.
• Monitor news coverage, compile summary reports and manage corporate souvenir production and inventory.
• Support complaint handling and issue management processes.

Required profile

• Degree in Communications, Translation, Language, Journalism or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, media, branding or CSR.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Working knowledge of social media management.
• Can‑do attitude, growth mindset, independent, detail‑oriented and a strong team player.
