Senior Desk Side & Technology Support Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Desk Side & Technology Support Analyst to join our Group Information Services team in Hong Kong. You will provide 2nd‑line support for desktop hardware and software, manage incidents, and help maintain our local server and network rooms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incidents and service requests logged via the Global Service Desk and My IT self‑service ticket system.
• Perform general troubleshooting and 2nd‑line fixes for the Atkins desktop computing environment.
• Set up and maintain desktop computers, peripherals, and record their status for asset tracking.
• Maintain local server and network rooms.
• Collaborate with global team colleagues to analyse, resolve and follow through on issues.
• Report to the Desk Side and Technology Support Manager and assist in achieving local objectives and projects.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of IT experience.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Windows 7 & 10 and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to learn, understand and apply new technologies.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese.
